In the mental well-being coaching program, we work together on three key areas: Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Stress Management over the three, 30-minute sessions.

3. Stress Management

Stress management coaching is a type of coaching that helps you deal with stress and anxiety. It provides strategies for coping with stressors such as work-related, personal life-related, or other types of stressors.
