INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Therapy designed for how you actually think and experience the world.
This work is designed for college students, graduate students, and high-achieving adults who are navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, or a general sense of nervousness or ongoing anxiety that doesn’t seem to go away.
For students, this may show up as academic pressure, social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or difficulty adjusting to independence.
For adults, it may feel like a constant mental load, high expectations, or patterns that are becoming harder to manage over time.
Sessions combine approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and supportive psychotherapy in a way that feels tailored rather than formulaic or generic.
The goal is not just insight, but real change in how you experience your day-to-day life.
PARENT SUPPORT
Supporting a college or graduate student can bring a level of stress and emotional complexity that is difficult to anticipate. You may find yourself trying to help while also managing your own concerns, especially if your child is experiencing anxiety, OCD, or eating-related challenges.
This work helps you feel clearer, more grounded, and more confident in how you respond, so you can support your child without becoming overwhelmed yourself.
